manufacturing, transforming heated preforms into finished containers
through the stretch-blow molding cycle. The supplied preform feeding
system supports controlled preform handling into the machine. Rotary
blow molding equipment is typically operated through coordinated
process controls that synchronize preform transfer, heating,
stretching and blowing stages.The machine is supplied with its preform
feeding system and chiller. These components support a more complete
blowing package by providing preform infeed capability and process
cooling. The high-pressure compressor is excluded, so compressed-air
infrastructure must be planned as part of installation and
commissioning.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThe SIPA SFR 8
can operate as the bottle production stage of a PET used bottling
line. It is positioned upstream of filling monoblocks, labeling
machines, shrink wrappers, handle applicators and palletizing systems,
producing PET containers for onward handling in a beverage production
line. The available mold sets provide flexibility for 0.5L, 0.75L and
1.5L bottle formats, subject to the installed mold and associated line
setup.The supplied preform feeding system supports integration with
preform handling equipment. A preform hopper is not included, allowing
the buyer to configure a hopper solution according to site layout,
autonomy requirements and preform logistics. The 28mm / 1881
short-neck finish should be matched with compatible preforms, closures

discharge conveyors, safe operator access and connection to downstream

with the required preform specification, 28mm / 1881 neck finish, mold
