Overview This vacuum evaporator was manufactured in 2018 by Italian manufacturer REDA. The machine is designed for gentle concentration of musts, juices, and other liquid products at low temperatures to preserve aromas and product quality. It is almost new and offered for sale as it was intended for a project that did not proceed. The system features an automated, CIP‑ready design.
