Used veneer guillotine shear (veneer cutting machine) CAGLIO (Luigi Caglio, Italy), model TRC 3200, for cutting veneer sheets in a straight line with precision.
It has a cutting length of 3200 mm, a hydraulically operated clamping beam that holds the veneer sheet during cutting, and a motorised back gauge (guide) for fast and accurate adjustment. The base, the blade carrier and the table are made of cast iron.
