The CombiFlash RF 150 provides reversed-phase purifications at a fraction of the cost of preparatory HPLC. The system operates at pressures up to 150 psi (10.3 bar) for your separation needs. samples in minutes. As with all other CombiFlash models, Teledyne ISCO's intuitive PeakTrak software gives you access to all the controls you need from a simple touchscreen.
Quickly binary linear program gradients, set a custom step gradient, or set isocratic purification states using our on-board GUI, then monitor the purification away from your desktop or iPad.
The system accepts a wide range of media sizes so that samples can be collected in volumes appropriate for the column being used.
