The Oligo Pro II system uses UV detection as well as parallel capillary electrophoresis to provide single nucleotide resolution and direct assessment of oligonucleotide purity, eliminating the need for intercalation dyes and fluorescent probes. The Oligo Pro II can quickly scale to demands with an array of 12, 24, or 96 capillaries, while the software automates capillary conditioning, sample injection, electrophoresis separation, and data processing.
