Equipped:
- Plastic pallet conveyor for product infeed, width 600 mm - length 2650 mm
- 1 film reel holder.
Film to be used between 0.25 and 0.30 COF
- Sealing bar 550 mm wide for sealing the film around the products.
- Pneumatic cylinder operated pusher to push the load onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Thermostatically heated electrically heated shrink tunnel with ventilated air.
- Internal dimensions of the tunnel length 1000 mm - width 560 mm - height 350 mm.
- Conveyor in stainless steel mesh tunnel, length 2100 mm - width 560 mm.
- Electric heating of the sealing bar with temperature adjustment by electronic controller.
- Electric tunnel heating with electronic regulator.
- Tunnel conveyor variable speed drive.
- Stainless steel frame
- Mounted on wheels
- Maximum production: approximately 30 bundles/minute depending on the size of the burden and the nature of the product.
