Fully automatic sorting and buffer cell installed between a boring cell and a carcass press. The cell collects all parts for each kitchen, then stacks them on pallets for assembly.

Robot: Fanuc R-2000iC/100P with controller, track driven by a Siemens Sinamics S210 servo
Sorting rack: approx. 15 m wide x 4.5 m high x 1.4 m deep,
buffer capacity for 6 kitchens (on average 115 parts per kitchen)
Panel sizes in the rack: length 350–2500 mm, width 50–1000 mm, thickness 18–25 mm
Panel sizes on the output pallet (not in the rack): up to 3000 x 1300 mm, thickness up to 40 mm
