Just download your black and white or color photo as a template into the special module of the CAD-CAM software ConstruCAM-3D, then enter the output of the wuenengeed size and can then calculate the fraeswege.
This file is then opened in the machine software and sent to the machine accordingly, ready !

No programming skills are required !
The CAM software works out your data in a practical timeandand creates
your data with the CNC machine and the GranitoGrav photo module
Grinding pins cost about 3- 4 euros per piece and hold about 3-5 large pictures in granite.
A photo with a size of approx. 300 x 230mm has a processing time of approximately 40-50 minutes. Pictures of 15x10 cm are already taken in about 12-15 minutes.

Working principle of granitogravity:
In the spindle holder of the grinding head driven by a buerstenlos motor, any scheif pen with 2.35mm shaft can be used.
The photo or graphics are processed in a grinding manner.
In this way, all grayscales in the photo are looked at and the printing of the grinding tool is controlled by a special electronic and software that the material to be edited produces lighter and darker parts, which ultimately represent a photo.
Vector graphics, fonts, etc. can be engraved.
We hold a package of writings with gothic, Greek and Russian writings (total 230 fonts) ready !
These can even be filled out differently and engraved in different shades of gray.
