Resistance annealing machine
This machine anneals (thermally straightens) stainless steel wires from 0.30 - 0.50mm).
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
- The machine enables heating by direct passage of electric current through the wire
through the wire (resistance annealing process).
The device is equipped with 4 special power stabilisers for regulation, in combination
with an optical pyrometer for temperature control and thermoregulation.
- The simultaneous heating of the 4 wires takes place in a chamber saturated with inert gas
by the electrical contact transmitted by two conductive V-shaped discs (short-circuit rollers).
