ESTA FILTOWER F-160 ecolight hall ventilation system was built in 2018 in Germany by ESTA Apparatebau GmbH & Co. KG. The system is designed to extract dry, oil-free welding fumes generated during metal welding. It can also be used for the ventilation of production halls, ensuring effective removal of airborne contaminants from the working environment.
The ESTA FILTOWER F-160 ecolight is equipped with four cartridge filters with a total filtration area of 160 m2. The filtration system achieves an efficiency of 99,9% in class M, allowing cleaned air to be recirculated within the production hall. Contaminants accumulated on the filters are automatically removed by compressed air pulses during operation of the unit.
The ESTA FILTOWER F-160 welding fume extraction system features a compact design that occupies little floor space and allows the unit to be easily relocated according to the facility’s needs. All this is complemented by a controller that ensures convenient operation of the air cleaning process. The ESTA FILTOWER industrial air cleaner weighs 1200 kg.
